Tracey Lamont, Ph.D., is Director of the Loyola Institute for Ministry and Associate Professor of Religious Education and Young Adult ministry. With extensive experience empowering ministry leaders across the country and in local communities, she is excited for the FIELD project to further aid them in nurturing the spiritual growth of young adults.

Emily Jendzejec, Ph.D., currently serves as Assistant Professor of Pastoral Studies at the Loyola Institute for Ministry. Emily’s commitment both academically and pastorally is to the field of young adult ministry. The FIELD project allows her to employ her aptitudes to help ministry leaders forge stronger ties to the spiritual well-being of young adults.
